Design

And it comes with a mechanical control knob, not pressable push buttons like 660. Number of Screws On Back

Vornado 660 has three screws located at the ribs of the grill at 10, 2, and 6 o’clock positions. So, you need to remove these screws to disassemble the air circulator fan front grill for cleaning. 

Contrariwise, Vornado 630 has only one screw at the 12 o’clock position. Thus, you can disassemble it fast by depressing grill clips. So, we can say Vornado 630 is pretty easy to clean compared to 660.

Similarities Between Vornado 660 And Vornado 630

Remote Control 

It is a shame that both fans don’t have a remote control system. So, you have to control the fan manually using the control system which is literally painful if you are willing to use it in your bedroom because you have to move frequently and come nearer to the fan to change the airflow of the fan.
